Achieve Definitive health and fitness results with my one-on-one personal training or small group training sessions!

Soon after I began teaching dance and group fitness classes in high school, I decided I wanted to kick my offerings up to the next level and became a certified personal trainer. Through the years, many of my group class students had gone on to become one-on-one clients. Each of them wanted to work with me directly on a more personal level.

At the end of each class or training session, I’ll share with you my words of wisdome or, as I like to call it, my WOW. I want you to leave your session with not only more fitness knowledge, but also something positive to contemplate.

One of my philosophies is that a strong mind goes hand in hand with a strong body; the mind and body complement each other. When you put your mind to it, you’d be amazed at what you can get your body to do. Once you strengthen your body, your mind will become a much more powerful tool.

The mind/body connection carries over to our everyday lives.

Training sessions can be held at my private studio in Londonderry, VT, in the comfort of your own home, outside on a nice day or virtually online.

Types of fitness include barre, cardio barre and kickboxing.

One-on-one and small group training in dance genres include ballet, lyrical, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, tap, freestyle, country line dancing and stiletto dance.

I will challenge you, educate you, motivate you, help you reach your fitness goals and most importantly, I’ll help you achieve unstoppable confidence.
