Barre: Develop long, lean, toned muscles in this unique full body conditioning class which uses high reps and low weights to achieve major sculpting benefits. A strong emphasis is placed on alignment, balance, flexibility, core work and proper technique. Discover muscles you didn’t even realize you have as you work deep into those muscles followed by elongating each and every one of them. This class welcomes all and is geared towards individuality.

Susan has been focusing a great deal on barre for the last decade due to the profound effect it has had on her own body…healing/preventing injuries, sculpting and gaining a tremendous amount of flexibility. She enjoys seeing how this unique technique has done the same for her students and clients alike.

Equipment Needed: An exercise mat and 3 lb. dumbbells. (If you don’t have dumbbells at first, I can provide you with resistance bands.)
